SIGNING CEREMONY - Prime Minister Hubert Ingraham (left) and Edward St. George, Grand Bahama Port Authority chairman, enjoy a laugh Friday May 28th, 1999 during the Partnership Agreement Signing Ceremony between the Grand Bahama Development Company and Hutchison Whampoa at the Lucayan Country Club in Freeport, Grand Bahama. Once all of Hutchison Whampoa's hotel and industrial projects have been completed in Grand Bahama, the Hong Kong based company would have invested over 500 million dollars in Grand Bahama.
